We are looking for a senior specialist support/developer to a team that manages and further develops a service portal and underlying platform (ServiceNow) in a larger public organization. The assignment includes both new development and further development of several internal support websites and related systems, as well as troubleshooting and improvements in self-developed business and logistics systems related to primary care. The focus is on driving development forward with a high delivery pace while ensuring stable operation in the management environment.

• Independently develop new functionality in C# and .NET.
• Troubleshoot and fix bugs in support websites and related systems.
• Improve and address errors and deficiencies in self-developed business and logistics systems tailored for primary care.
• Work with data warehouses and integrations, including SQL, Entity Framework, and message queues.
• Develop and further develop the frontend in Angular with associated technologies and component libraries.
• Work in development and delivery flows with Azure DevOps.
• Manage issues related to identity and access in environments with Active Directory.

• At least 15 years of experience in system development.
• Documented experience with Microsoft development tools.
• Documented experience with .NET Core.
• Documented experience with C#.
• Documented experience with Entity Framework.
• Documented experience with SQL.
• Documented experience with RabbitMQ.
• Documented experience with Angular.
• Documented experience with JavaScript.
• Documented experience with TypeScript.
• Documented experience with PrimeNG.
• Documented experience with Azure DevOps.
• Documented experience with Active Directory.
• In-depth knowledge of the organization of primary care.
• Account and identity management in primary care.
• Knowledge of hardware deliveries for primary care.
• Detailed knowledge of internal billing and financial models for primary care.
• Knowledge of Microsoft's AltSecurityIdentities.
• Models for distributing M365 licenses within public organizations.
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.

• Experience developing self-developed business systems in C#.
• Experience developing self-developed logistics systems in C#.
• Experience from larger regions with corresponding scope and complexity.
• Experience working according to Scrum.
